  2. It is an endeavor by Samsung to deliver a product to the customer as per convenience of the customer. We are capable of delivering the same within 24hrs if you desire.

  4. Be rest assured, you are being delivered this product from a Samsung Authorised Store these are the stores carrying 100% genuine Samsung Products.

  5. Who will deliver the product ?
  6. A nearby Samsung Authorised Store would be delivering the ordered product.

  7. How do I get my product installed or get a demo ?
  8. The Samsung Authorised store which has delivered the product, would initiate the service call and share with you the ticket number.

    Samsung Authorised service center would be sending a service engineer for installation / demo basis the product you have chosen.

  9. Is my Product covered under Brand Warranty?
  10. Yes, as you have chosen to purchase a Samsung product from its Authorised store and is covered under Brand Warranty - please refer product details / brochure for further details.

  11. What if the product I have received is physically damaged?
  12. Samsung Authorised stores take utmost care that the product is safely delivered to you. The box is not to be opened till the installation team arrives for the same - in case of any damages found when the product is unboxed by them - Samsung will take due care of the same.

    So you are requested not to open the carton/box yourself.

  13. What if I have a service request or my device is not functioning properly after a few months of installation?
