Installation Process Explained
Steps for Installation:
  1. Order placed on Paytm
  2. Order shipped by merchant
  3. Product delivered to customer
  4. Installation scheduled via Brand Customer Care*
  5. Brand Engineer visits for installation
  6. Brand Engineer provides Product Demo
  7. Installation charges (if any) - Paid by customer to engineer
  8. Engineer gives receipt or job sheet if applicable**
*Keep Invoice handy for relevant details, for customer care no. refer product page.
**Job Sheet is usually provided in case there is a defect/damage noticed in the product.
Standard Installation Coverage:
Below section describes what comprises a standard brand installation

Televisions
  • Standard Installation is provided free of cost by the brand service team. The authorized service engineer will install your TV on a wall mount or table top (provided with the product or will be provided by brand engineer at the time of installation).
  • The brand engineer will help you understand the features of the TV and will conduct a functional check of all the ports and accessories.
  • Wall mount Bracket / Stand (Swivel Type) will be provided by brand installation team on chargeable basis
Air Conditioners

Split AC
  • Drilling on the wall to create a cavity/hole to facilitate routing of the pipes/tube from indoor unit (IDU) to outdoor unit (ODU).
  • Installation of the copper and the drainage pipe, connecting indoor unit (IDU) to Outdoor (ODU) using standard wire/pipe length provided by manufacturer.
  • Connection of separately purchased stabilizer and electrical connections to the AC unit.
  • The approximate charges for standard installation will vary in the range of Rs 1500 to Rs. 2000/-. It may vary depending upon the product and brand.
  • Installation Charges to be paid directly to brand engineer at the time of installation.
Window AC
  • Inserting the AC in the pre-cut grill space.
  • Sealing the border gaps with Heat insulating material
  • Connection of separately purchased stabilizer and electrical connections to the AC unit
  • The approximate charges for standard installation will vary in the range Rs. 400 to Rs. 1000 .It may
  • vary depending upon the product and brand.
  • Installation Charges to be paid directly to brand engineer at the time of installation.
At additional cost
  • Wiring extension from Electricity Meter to Installation site, Power point/MCB fitting and any other Electrical work.
  • Grill/Glass Cutting and Welding work.
  • Dismantling/Shifting of Old AC.
Washing Machine

Fully Automatic (Front-Load or Top-Load)
  • Wiring extension from Electricity Meter to Installation site, Power point/MCB fitting and any other Electrical work.
  • Standard installation includes inlet pipe connection to the pre-existing plumbing line and productdemonstration.
  • Base Stand will be charged extra.
Semi Automatic
  • Plug-and-Play device. Installation is not provided by brand. However, It is recommended to refer instructions of the service manual carefully before using the product. Product Demo may be provided by the brand on request.
Refrigerator
  • Installation is not required. However, product demo may be provided by the brand on request.
  • Refrigerator Stand will be charged extra.
Chimneys
  • Installation will be provided by respective brand on chargeable basis. Where brand is not providingthe installation, qualified electrician should be asked to install the unit.
  • The approximate charges for standard installation will vary in the range Rs. 400 to Rs. 1000. It mayvary depending upon the product and brand.
  • Installation Charges to be paid directly to brand engineer at the time of installation.
Geysers
  • It is recommended to get the installation done via brand engineer. Where installation is notprovided by brand, qualified plumber/electrician should be asked to install the unit.
  • The approximate charges for standard installation are in the range Rs. 300 to Rs. 500 . It may varydepending upon the product and brand.
  • Installation Charges to be paid directly to brand engineer at the time of installation.
  • Standard Installation does not include any additional material e.g. connecting hoses, water inlet &outlet pipe nipples, electrical fittings & dismounting of old geyser.
Microwave Ovens
  • Plug-and-Play device. Installation is not provided by brand. However, It is recommended to refer instructions of the service manual carefully before using the product. Product Demo may be provided by the brand on request.
Cloth Dryer
  • Free Installation and Demo for the product will be provided by the brand.
Air Coolers / OFRs (Oil-Filled Radiators)
  • Plug-and-Play device. Installation is not provided by brand. However, it is recommended to refer instructions of the service manual carefully before using the product.
Voltage Stabilizer
  • Plug-and-Play device. Installation is not provided by brand. However, It is recommended to refer instructions of the service manual carefully before using the product. Qualified electrician may be asked to install the unit
Printers / Scanners / Monitors / All-in-One Computers / Desktop PCs / Barebone Mini PCs
  • Plug-and-Play devices. Installation is not provided by brand. However, it is recommended to refer instructions of the service manual carefully before using the product. Also online troubleshooting is provided on brand website.
Electric Water purifier
  • Installing the unit.
  • Wall-mounting the purifier.
  • Inlet and outlet water supply connections and power supply connection to the purifier.
  • Demonstration of the purifier.
  • Where brand is not providing the installation,qualified RO technician should be asked to install the unit.
  • Installation charges (if any) – Paid by customer to engineer.
FAQ's
Q: For Air Conditioners, do I have to purchase outdoor unit stand separately?
A: Yes, in case of split ACs stand needs to be purchased separately

Q: What is the length of the standard copper wire / pipe with ACs
A: 3 meters

Q: Should I go for table top or wall mount of my new TV?
A: It's recommended to go for wall mount mode for better viewing and sound experience.

Q: Q: Which is better mode of Chimney Installation : Ducting or Recycling?
A: Recommended mode is for Chimney to be connected to a duct pipe to the outside. However, incases where this isn't possible, there is no problem in installing the filter version. The important thing is to replace carbon filter regularly when necessary.
