Terms & Conditions:
  • Cashify will be liable for payment to Paytm customers if the pickup is accepted by the delivery person
  • If iCloud is locked, Cashify customer care will call the customer to unlock. Amount will be given only after iCloud is unlocked
  • If for any reason customer can’t be reached or iCloud can’t be removed in 7 days, Cashify will pay INR 2,000 to the customer account. If the customer can remove the iCloud lock in the next 7 days (or 15 days from pickup), the balance payment will be made, otherwise the same will be forfeited
  • Cashify will always make payment in a maximum of 10 days from phone pickup date. With the exception being delays due to an iCloud lock
  • Cashify will pay to the customers INR 9,000 only which is inclusive of all taxes and other surcharges, if any
  • In case the original phone box and/or accessories are not returned INR 2,000 will be deducted and a payment of minimum INR 7000 will be made
  • Devices returned under this program will be returned exclusively and directly to Cashify. There is no other way to avail of the assured buyback
  • Cashify will work actively to resolve any customer escalations and improve customer experience
  • The device returned should not have its manufacturer’s warranty void due to unauthorized service/repair
  • The offer is not transferable to another person and can only be availed by the first buyer of the device as per invoice
  • In case of any dispute the matter will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Gurgaon, Haryana Courts
